the Studio

The Studio is delighted to offer a full range of fitness classes including Pilates, Pilates Plus, Pilates for Teens, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga [Pre and Post-natal Friendly], Yin Yoga, Zumba and  and TRX training to meet a whole range of needs and fitness levels and encourage general well-being.

We also offer a weekly Yamuna Body Rolling workshop to stretch and massage tight and overused muscles.
